[Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! It is a time of generosity, and so Vietnam would very much like to share this. During work at the Honeybee Bakery Cafe, your assistant manager will be leaving a basket full of goodies for you at the back, containing bánh quy bơ quế (butter cookies with the best Vietnamese cinnamon she can get her hands on), and an assortment of mứt (candied fruit preserves) for the New Year.
Fruit preserves?! Really? (They're really good though!) So just to make sure it doesn't look too odd, she's also put in a chocolate christmas log. A card is included:]

( somehow lily kept this a secret. somehow. it's honestly a christmas miracle.
but, for one badou nails {and she's not very good at wrapping and this gift is also hardmode for being a strange shape} under his pillow {he might have fallen asleep on it, or woken up on it} is a game controller! because, y'know. badou and heine continue to roughhouse with the games all the time so one of them is bound to break eventually.
ps until you find the present she probably hovered around and near you and looked at the pillow and shit. lily's good at this. )
